Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the vibrant Las Vegas market. This is an in-person role where you’ll be at the center of our fast-paced, high-energy restaurants and entertainment company.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build community engagement.
• Execute multichannel marketing initiatives that integrate digital, print, and advertising sales strategies.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing compelling marketing materials and content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Implement performance marketing tactics to optimize campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Utilize WordPress for website management and content updates while applying basic HTML skills as needed.
• Develop engaging copy for various channels including websites, blogs, advertisements, and social media posts.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Experience managing platforms such as OpenTable, Yelp, and catering /even booking systems.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, content marketing, e-commerce, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Google AdWords and Meta Platform Advertising for targeted ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Experience in product management is a plus along with knowledge of print advertising strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
