Company Description Bolder Adventure Park, located in Grand Prairie (DFW), is a year-round indoor adventure park offering thrilling challenges for all ages and skill levels. Our facility includes towering 65-ft climbing walls, Via Ferrata Mountaineering challenges, ropes courses, zip lines, free-fall experiences, tubing slides, synthetic ice-skating rink, adventure net play area, and blaster arena. Perfect for families, couples, adults, birthday parties, and group events. Visitors can also enjoy our arcade games, archery, Darts, and the Alpine Café, with tiered adventure levels catering to children and adults alike. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Grand Prairie, TX. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Bolder Adventure Park. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, creating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing marketing data, coordinating events, and developing partnerships. The manager will also oversee content creation, digital advertising, and public relations activities to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the park. What You’ll Do Drive Strategy & Growth • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to attract new guests and build loyalty. • Boost foot traffic and revenue through digital ads, local partnerships, promotions, and more. • Expand visibility for corporate events, birthday parties, and group outings. Own the Digital Experience • Manage local social media accounts with fun, fresh, and engaging content. • Collaborate on email campaigns, website updates, and online ads that keep the buzz alive. Promote Events & Experiences • Lead marketing efforts for new attractions, holidays, and themed events. • Partner with schools, sports teams, and local organizations to drive group bookings. Connect with the Community • Represent[Adventure Park Name]at local events, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities. • Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and key community stakeholders. Analyze & Optimize • Monitor and report on performance across all marketing channels. • Use data and insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI. What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of marketing experience (entertainment, hospitality, retail, or family entertainment a plus) • Proven ability in social media, content creation, promotions, and organic community engagement • Proven understanding of social media ad platforms, campaign and ad set management, execution, reporting and analysis • Highly organized and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences Bonus Points For: • Experience with tools like Canva, Video Editing software (CapCut, Premier Pro), Photoshop, etc. • Event planning or influencer marketing experience • Existing local community connections • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Perks & Benefits • Competitive salary + performance bonuses • Free game play and employee food discounts • Paid time off and holiday pay • A fast-paced, fun environment where your creativity fuels the brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 10 hour shift Work Location: In person
