Position Summary
Solar Cancellation Resource Center is seeking a results-drivenMarketing Managerto lead all paid acquisition efforts and oversee the performance of external lead providers across multiple brands. This person will supervise a team of Paid Media Specialists managingMeta, Google, and TikTokcampaigns, and ensure each channel consistently hits aminimum 4X ROI.
In addition to campaign oversight, this role is also responsible for evaluating third-partylead vendors, holding them accountable to performance expectations, and ensuring every dollar spent contributes to scalable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Oversight
• Directly oversee Paid Media Specialists managing campaigns acrossMeta, Google, and TikTok
• Ensure all channels are meeting key performance targets includingCPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Approve campaign structures, audience strategies, and A/B testing initiatives
• Review daily and weekly spend pacing, ensuring budgets are optimized and aligned with ROI targets
• Work closely with creative and analytics teams to guide campaign optimization
Lead Provider Performance
• Continuously monitor and assess the performanceof multiple lead providers, ensuring accountability and consistent ROI
• Serve as theprimary point of contactfor vendors, holding regular performance check-ins and aligning on campaign goals
• Use data-driven insightsto identify what’s working, what’s underperforming, and why—then recommend and implement targeted solutions
• Compare vendor leads with internally generated leads to assess quality and conversion
• Recommend scaling, pausing, or cutting vendors based on performance outcomes
• Develop and implement optimization strategiesto improve lead conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency
Reporting, Forecasting & Analytics
• Track and analyze key KPIs across both paid channels and vendor lead sources
• Prepare and presentweekly and monthly performance reportsto leadership, including insights and strategic recommendations
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost savings across all campaigns and lead sources
• Forecast performance trends and use historical data to inform budget planning
Strategic Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, and Executive teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business growth goals
• Support the Marketing Director in quarterly planning and cross-departmental initiatives
Team Leadership
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with Paid Media Specialists
• Provide mentorship and guidance to help the team grow and stay current with platform updates
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous testing, and performance-driven decision-making
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience indigital marketing, paid media management, or performance marketing, with team leadership experience
• Proven success managing or overseeing campaigns acrossMeta, Google, and TikTok
• Strong working knowledge of third-partylead generation channels and vendor management
• Ability to analyze complex performance data and extract clear, actionable insights
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Experience using tools likeGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and performance dashboards

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
