Duties

• Execute multichannel marketing initiatives that integrate digital, print, and e-commerce channels.
• Lead advertising sales efforts while collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling marketing materials and visuals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Implement performance marketing strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics.
• Oversee content marketing efforts, including copywriting for blogs, emails, and social media posts.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Utilize WordPress for website management and updates, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches.
• Develop budgets for marketing campaigns while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and techniques for effective campaign management.
• Familiarity with HTML for basic website updates and enhancements.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in creating engaging content.
• Experience in managing print advertising alongside digital initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $51,081.35 - $71,517.32 per year
