Job Title:Marketing Manager Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to join our client in the logistics industry and lead their marketing function. This hybrid, permanent/direct-hire role, based near Moorestown, NJ, offers the opportunity to design and implement long-term marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, strengthen engagement, and drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee multi-channel campaigns, digital initiatives, content creation, events, and internal/external communications while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Compensation: • $85,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience Work Schedule: • Monday through Friday, normal business hours • Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and brand initiatives. • Manage press releases, blogs, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, and event-related communications. • Oversee digital marketing, including websites, SEO, CRM (HubSpot), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media, analytics, and creative design assets (graphics, videos, landing pages). • Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, speaking engagements, and memberships to enhance external visibility and reputation. • Present marketing performance metrics and KPIs to senior leadership. • Supervise and mentor an intern, vendors, and other marketing support as needed. • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and HR teams on employer branding, recruitment marketing, rewards, and training initiatives. • Lead internal communications and employee engagement programs, including onboarding, milestone celebrations, and company culture activities. Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Manager: • 3+ years of experience managing a marketing department or strategic marketing function. • 5+ years of progressive, hands-on marketing experience across diverse channels. • Strong background in digital marketing, including CRM (HubSpot), brand strategy, SEO, social media management, content creation, and analytics. • Proven ability to manage direct reports or interns and readiness to expand leadership as the team grows. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (required). • Logistics or related industry experience preferred, but not required. • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and marketing automation tools. • Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to pivot quickly, bring fresh ideas, and influence organizational growth through marketing initiatives.
