Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to work closely with cross-functional teams to align print, electronic, and digital strategies with overarching marketing and enrollment objectives. The responsibilities are to develop and ensure that the website effectively supports and enhances the school's branding, promotions, and marketing campaigns. This role involves continuous auditing of the website for updates and performance optimization. The role also includes building and maintaining a social media presence that engages constituencies, promotes the school, and integrates with the web and digital strategy and objectives. The Manager is responsible for developing and adherence to the brand identity of the school as well as creating and executing the annual marketing plan.
Job Responsibilities
• Strategy:Design and implement an integrated electronic, print, and digital marketing strategy that reflects the school’s strategic priorities and messaging. Oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives—from conception through execution to performance analysis.
• Administration:Manage the annual marketing budget.
• Metrics & Reporting:Monitor and improve marketing performance
• Project Management:Oversee production of materials, manage vendor relationships and ensure project completion.
• Brand Identity:Maintain and enforce brand identity and standards.
• Digital Marketing:Maintain the school's website, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, coordinate all aspects of Josephinum social media platforms.
• Community Participant:Participate in school activities, meetings and other initiatives, adhere to school-wide policies, collaborate on departmental and school goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (marketing preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, community outreach.
• Experience working for a nonprofit organization.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively and track details.
• Demonstrated high level of flexibility in a team environment.
• Demonstrated project management, organizational, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of professionalism, sensitivity, and integrity.
• Comfortable leading multiple projects, thinking creatively, and working as a collaborative team member and leader.
• Knowledge of Google suite (Gmail, Drive, etc.), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
