Our platform empowers schools and educators with curriculum, tools, and support to bring high-quality CS education to their classrooms. As Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our mission by managing and executing marketing strategies that expand awareness, drive engagement, and support our educator community. Location: Full Office - this role is a 5 days a week office role in the CodeHS Chicago Office in River North. Salary Range: $70-$90k What You'll Do As the Marketing Manager, you will own and drive a broad range of marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, effective messaging and create experiences that resonate with educators and school leaders. This is a marketing generalist role that works across all areas of marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute marketing campaignsthat promote CodeHS programs, curriculum, and partnerships • Develop and manage marketing contentacross channels: email, blog, product updates, landing pages, and newsletters • Write and manage compelling email campaignsfor customer acquisition and engagement • Manage and grow our social media presenceto share stories, resources, and updates with our community • Support and promote CodeHS at education conferences(virtual and in-person) • Create case studies and customer success storiesthat highlight impact • Refine brand voice and messagingto maintain consistency across all touchpoints • Collaborate on design and marketing collateralto support product launches and outreach campaigns • Drive teacher engagement strategiesboth on and off the platform to build loyalty and community Research and test new channelsfor reaching potential educators and school decision-makers What We're Looking For We're seeking a mission-aligned marketer who's excited to work at a small, fast-paced, and growing team making a big impact in K–12 education.
