Job TitleMarketing Manager Job Description SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts and service line leaders to identify, prioritize and execute marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities include planning, project management and execution of marketing projects in collaboration with business leadership and other departments of the global marketing and research organization (Centers of Excellence – COEs). Job Description Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business leadership, marketing, communications and research partners to develop a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that elevates the position of C&W’s vision, expertise, products and capabilities. • Develop strong working relationships with business line leaders (stakeholders) to enact a successful marketing strategy that supports business priorities. • Write sales collateral and thought leadership content, develop omni-channel content delivery and craft key messaging for distinct audiences. • Partner with marketing COEs and vendors - such as design, public relations, and digital teams - to deliver strategic marketing initiatives (e.g. sales deliverables, internal education/awareness channels, web articles, industry trend reports, capabilities materials, PR opportunities, social media, internal training support, etc.). • Analyze and measure success against benchmarks and goals. • Partner with other service line marketing colleagues to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence. • Serve as a thought leader by developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the business, including key trends, competitor offerings, client needs and opportunities, gaps and threats. • Optimize impact of marketing spend, ensure overall achievement of financial and other targets using a robust set of key performance indicators. • Provide oversight and direction, ensure global standards are applied, and brand positioning is supported for all marcom activities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or similar • 5-7 years of marketing, communications or content writing experience • Commercial real estate experience preferred; B2B experience supporting professional services required • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Exceptional project leadership and organizational skills • Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients • Strong track record of authoring business collateral and content • Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes with minimal supervision required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
