Are you passionate about marketing operations and enabling a team to accelerate growth? ABC Legal is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Manager with unique opportunity to play an influential role in a rapidly growing business.
In this role, you’ll ensure our marketing database is pristine, our campaigns are impactful, and our strategies are data-driven. You will support our team across digital, field, and customer marketing, lead management, acquisition, and analytics. You will oversee and manage the Martech stack with a focus on HubSpot for marketing automation, user management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities as the Marketing Operations Manager:
- Administer the HubSpot marketing automation system, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and list imports.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns using automation and data personalization.
- Implement and maintain NPS and CES scoring and workflows
- Support onboarding new employee users providing training and assisting with integrations
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for all teams in HubSpot.
- Maintain database hygiene, perform data migrations, and augment the information available across records.
- Develop relationships and processes with revenue team and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements.
- Think creatively to determine how to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the organization and the automations of departments.
- Define, measure and leverage KPIs to consistently improve.
Qualifications that make you a great fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in marketing operations / B2B technology products or services.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation & CRM; HubSpot Certification Preferred
- Experience in HTML + HubL development of website pages and HubSpot modules
