Marketing Operations Manager

Touchstone Living, a leading homebuilder based in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a highly motivatedIntegratedMarketing Managerto function as theMarketing Operations Managerand the central hub for providing vital support to the marketing team, reporting to theMarketing Director. This is an enthusiasticSelf-Starterrole requiring a strong focus onproject, process and people managementand proven track record of flawless execution of all marketing initiatives andMarketing Campaigns. Core Focus & Responsibilities TheIntegrated Marketing Manageris responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable execution by performing the following: ·Campaign Management: Lead all execution, managing project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, and deadlines for all campaigns. ·Operations & Traffic:Own the internal process management and workflow coordination (Traffic), ensuring alignment and seamless progress for the marketing team. ·Relationship Management:Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams and manage contracts, negotiations, and relationships with all third-party vendors/agencies. ·Technology Oversight: Ensure platform continuity by supporting SAAS integration across key tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. Key Requirements: ·Bachelor's degree or 10–12 years of relevant professional experiencein project management or coordination, ideally from anad agencyormarketing account executivebackground. · Must demonstrate knowledge of both traditional (physical) and digital marketing processes. ·Proven ability to lead and mobilizeprojects, ensuring effective management ofbudgets, schedules, workflows, and personnel · Basic proficiency inProject Managementsoftware preferred but not required (e.g., Asana, Trello etc.).
