We are looking for aNYC-based Marketing Operations Specialistto join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team.We have an in-office policy of 2 days per week for local employees. This role is all about supercharging our marketing efforts by getting the most out of our tools and data. You’ll be the one making sure campaigns run like clockwork, results are crystal clear, and we’re always finding new ways to make things better. If you’re tech-savvy, love the details, and get a kick out of keeping lots of projects moving at once, you’ll fit right in. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and analytics. You’ll report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to keep our campaigns running smoothly, uncover insights through smart reporting, and make sure we’re getting the most out of our martech stack. Along the way, you’ll spot opportunities to automate processes, improve lead flow, and help the team move faster and smarter. Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities • Own and optimize marketing automation workflows in Marketo • Manage lead scoring models, routing processes, and database hygiene to ensure data quality and campaign effectiveness • Build campaign performance dashboards and reports to measure ROI and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to optimize the lead lifecycle and ensure smooth handoffs between teams • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate and enhance the marketing technology stack, ensuring alignment with overall revenue operations strategy • Support campaign execution with a focus on process automation, reporting accuracy, and continuous optimization Skills & Experience • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing operations or related role • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce CRM • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with experience building reports and dashboards • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Benefits • Competitive salary • Medical / Dental / Vision coverage – 100% employer-paid for employees, 50% employer-paid for dependents • 20 days paid time off per year + federal holidays (UK style!) • 5 paid sick days • Work from home flexibility • Commuter benefits • 401k • Paid parental leave • Career growth and development opportunities This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
