Marketing & Operations Specialist (AI & Automation Focus)

About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Specialist who knows how to apply modern AI tools and automation to improve business efficiency and drive growth. This role is split between operational streamlining and marketing expansion. You’ll be using AI and digital platforms to cut down wasted steps, improve reporting, and open up new sales channels for our products and services. This is not a traditional assistant role — we need someone who can pick up a project, explore AI-powered solutions, and implement them without being trained from scratch. Responsibilities: Deploy AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, automation apps, etc.) to optimize workflows, reporting, and customer communication. • Create and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Shopping) with the help of AI-driven insights. • Support social media posting, email campaigns, and content creation using AI to improve efficiency and consistency. • Evaluate product performance and profitability, identify opportunities for new marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.), and expand offerings. • Integrate and maintain workflows across QuickBooks, Zapier, Bill.com, Mailchimp, Magento, and other business software. • Analyze results and prepare AI-assisted performance reports on ads, sales, and ROI. Required Skills & Experience: QuickBooks and Zapier: 1+ years (required). • Comfort with AI tools for content creation, automation, and analysis (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.). • Familiarity with at least 2 of the following: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Mailchimp, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, Bill.com (preferred). • Experience with digital marketing campaigns and ROI tracking. • Ability to learn new tools quickly, problem-solve independently, and apply AI where it adds value. • Driver’s License (required). • English (required).
