Marketing PM Manager

This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects such as brand campaigns, membership growth programs, and major product launches. Also, ensures alignment across teams, clear communication, and delivery excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Manages large, strategic initiatives across brand, product marketing, communications, and membership with cross-functional visibility and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
•
Aligns scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables across departments to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget execution.
•
Proactively identifies risks and removes obstacles to keep high-priority projects moving forward.
•
Facilitates kick-off sessions and planning workflows that set cross-functional teams up for success.
•
Standardizes project management tools, templates, and processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and delivery quality.
•
Champions and continuously improves project management best practices across the marketing team.
•
Serves as the primary communicator on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders across marketing and the broader organization.
•
Maintains clear documentation, project timelines, and reporting for internal visibility and accountability.
•
Tracks and reports on project progress, capacity, and key performance indicators.
•
Assesses performance and identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and improve execution across marketing initiatives.
•
Responsible for planning, artifact and dashboard creation, and coordination of project steering committee(s) comprised of senior management and stakeholders.
•
Leads planning and management of projects that include external service providers or consulting entities.
•
Leads project team ceremonies and ensures that team resources are effectively engaged to deliver results.
•
Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.
•
Incorporates AAA’s vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to AAA’s vision mission and values.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Provide direct management of Marketing Production Manager.
•
Responsible for developing people, improving processes, reducing costs, monitoring quality, delivering results against established objectives, and ensuring a high level of service to internal and external customers.
•
Manages assigned employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, developing, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning monitoring, appraising, and reviewing employee job contributions; maintaining compensation, resolving problems, and implementing change.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Bachelor’s degree (A) in business, project management, information management, or equivalent experience
•
5+ years’ experience in leading enterprise business analysis efforts and project management
•
1+ years’ experience managing or mentoring people
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Project management experience in a marketing, creative, or campaign-drive environment
•
Familiarity with Agile practices, sprint planning, and digital-first workflows
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
•
Project Management Institute Certification preferred

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or Wrike.

•
Ability to coach and support direct reports, delegate effectively, and build team capability.
•
Ability to manage multiple enterprise-level projects and balance competing priorities with confidence.
•
Experience successfully collaborating professionally and diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.
•
Ability to establish, nurture, and optimize key internal and external partnerships and influence organizational change.
SALARY:
•
Hiring Range: $105,876 - $126,990
•
Full Pay Brand for the Role: $105,876 - $148,206

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
