Marketing Project Manager 

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support our digital marketing initiatives.

This proactive, detail-oriented individual will play a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate conversions.

The Marketing Project Manager will work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure the campaigns’ successful implementation while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. 

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is a hybrid role, based in Somerville, MA.

Essential responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements for digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify key project stakeholders and collaborate across marketing and cross-functionally, as needed, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Hold teams accountable to deadlines and priorities.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
• Evaluate new marketing project requests, assess scope, and identify resources needed.
• Use project management software like Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent to track and manage project tasks and workflows.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to marketing leadership.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends.
• Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with individuals across the organization.

Requirements:

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other relevant discipline. MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally leading digital marketing projects.
• A solid understanding of, or experience with, content marketing, email marketing, paid search, display advertising, and social media.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
• Ability to remain focused on tactical execution, set clear expectations, highlight misalignment, and have critical conversations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously.
