Join us as a Marketing Project Manager to spearhead innovative brand activation campaigns in Italy, enhancing Qonto's visibility and engagement across diverse channels. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic team in Milan, leveraging your expertise to solidify our position as Europe’s leading finance solution for SMEs and freelancers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Marketing Project Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Develop and execute localized brand activation campaigns that resonate with the Italian market (sponsored media, influencers, podcasts, video testimonials, media partnerships, preparing briefs and handling commercial proposals etc.)

• Coordinate with both local and global marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects (ie. Global Brand Campaigns, User Research, Brand Tracking, etc..).

• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness.

• Partner and collaborate with a variety of teams (the Ecosystem & Events Manager, Content Team, Growth Teams and Product Marketing Team) to drive innovative go-to-market strategies for new projects (such as new features and partnerships), enhancing user acquisition and overall market penetration.

• Support the Brand and Communications experts in directing acquisition-focused projects, such as collaborating with affiliation teams, launching experiments, tracking AB testing, and running lead generation campaigns.

About You:

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns and brand activations, particularly in the Italian market.

• Project Management: Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams to meet ambitious project timelines.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring alignment across diverse teams and partners.

• Creativity: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution.

• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, with a deep understanding of the local cultural nuances in business and consumer engagement.
