The Marketing Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for working directly with the Flexe Sales and Account Management teams to help develop and execute marketing strategies that attract, retain, and grow accounts. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. In addition, this role will focus on ensuring that the Flexe Account Management and Sales teams have everything they need to tell a consistent, compelling story through collateral, presentations, proposals, and more.

Job Responsibilities

[70%] Strategically partner with the Sales and Account Management teams

  • Create compelling sales content, presentations, proposal materials, and a world-class CBR program in partnership with the Account Management and Sales teams.
  • Determine sales enablement priorities, efficiencies and best practices with sales leadership stakeholders 
  • Drive continuous improvement of content by ensuring feedback from supported teams is collected, synthesized, and shared with the stakeholders, and appropriate action plans are developed and executed.
  • Work closely with the teams to develop marketing programs that drive new revenue opportunities from new and existing customers.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that drive new revenue opportunities from key accounts. 

[15%] Partner with the Product Marketing team to develop customer facing materials 

  • Work with Product Marketing to develop customer-specific sales planning and support tools, including battle cards, and competitive matrices.
  • Work with Flexe partners to develop compelling content in support of partner sales & marketing efforts with existing Flexe customers.

[15%] Diagnose, develop, and redevelop ways to scale processes, increase efficiency, and drive continuous improvement

  • Facilitate effective communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives and goals
  • Act as a conduit to the Sales and Account Management teams and provide the marketing organization a sense of what messages do and don’t resonate with customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Product / Solution Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Field Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years in logistics or technology-related roles.
  • Best-in-class presentation, proposal, and sales material creation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strives for exceptional quality and has a desire for excellence.
  • Proven success in marketing roles requiring extensive interaction with sales and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.A. degree or equivalent Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in Sales and/or Account Management



The salary range for this role is $108,000 to $126,000 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary for exceeding expectations.
