Introdução
The Technology Enablement Specialist is responsible for creating and editing user-centric Marketing and/or Sales technology enablement content and communications to ensure it is clear and concise while meeting the quality standards established by the Chicago Manual of Style and other applicable content guidelines. All deliverables will be produced for global internal audiences.
The Technology Enablement Specialist is responsible for creating and editing user-centric Marketing and/or Sales technology enablement content and communications to ensure it is clear and concise while meeting the quality standards established by the Chicago Manual of Style and other applicable content guidelines. All deliverables will be produced for global internal audiences.
The Technology Enablement Specialist understands various Sales and/or Marketing roles and the tools/platforms associated with these roles then applies that knowledge to driving successful adoption and usage. The Technology Enablement Specialist is a team player who is proactive and agile in a fast-paced environment.
Seu papel e responsabilidades
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Becoming familiar with and staying abreast of IBM’s Marketing and/or Sales roles and processes as they relate to technology use;
- Understanding the target audience needs and technology adoption inhibitors and translating that information into relevant content and communication;
- Producing editing and maintaining written user assistance communications and training materials such as end user assistance documentation knowledge base articles blog posts video scripts email / Slack communications internal marketing materials and other digital copy to ensure accuracy and consistency with voice word usage and style;
- Providing demos and training;
- Complying with applicable editorial and style guidelines;
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative / constructive relationships with team members;
- Brainstorming insightful and relevant content ideas topics titles and headlines that are concise relevant and engaging;
- Maintaining perspective on team’s strategic priorities and content production pipeline to ensure all deadlines are met and projects are delivered with the highest quality;
- Developing and maintaining proficiency in IBM Experience Engine Core Infrastructure tools and platforms;
- Assisting in the migration of content to new W3 Publisher sites;
- Keeping status updated in Monday Jira or other specified task management platform.

Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico
- Superior English language written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven work experience in user assistance enablement content development or similar role;
- Portfolio of published work that reflects your excellent editing and writing skills;
- Excellent communication interpersonal problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Please submit your resume in English.
Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico
- Proficient in Camtasia;
- Field of Study: Journalism and/or English;
- Information architecture & web page layout;
- IBM experience writing sales or marketing business process or enablement content;
- Experience editing and publishing content using w3 Publisher.
