Marketing Science Manager

Reddit is looking for a Marketing Sciences Manager to help our advertisers succeed on our platform. This role will be an integral part of the Marketing Sciences team and overall Revenue organization – driving our value proposition to agencies and brands by demonstrating the power and performance of Reddit as a media platform.

Location : Remote USA

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a high-performing team of measurement leads across the country

• Enable your team to leverage measurement results to drive impact with clients- developing performance benchmarks meta-analyses case studies media & creative best practices and refinement/optimization to our audience and targeting strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness of ad campaigns.

• Develop and manage to specific goals for study execution and consultative client impact

• Lead operational efforts to enable automation and scale measurement impact across Reddit

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in advertising or analytics at a research vendor measurement company social media platform media owner client or agency partner – with at least 1 of those years working in digital advertising.

• 3+ years of experience managing high performing teams

• Familiarity with attitudinal survey research offline and online sales/ROI measurement impression/attribution/conversion tracking.

• Knowledge of North America Measurement solutions vendors and norms.

• A strong background in the execution and analysis of quantitative and qualitative studies

• Ability to represent your team in a high performing leadership team.

• Experience building strategies for your particular area

• Proven ability and experience working with partners and internal product teams to bring new services and capabilities to market at a technology company.

• Experience working cross-functionally to scale measurement solutions and programs

• Familiar with the ad tech and ad measurement landscape and the primary vendors products and services that advertisers use to measure performance - and how it all works from a technical perspective.

• Preferred: 3+ years in a tech company/social media platform environment

In addition to base salary this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units and depending on the position offered it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
