Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving our online presence, executing effective outbound marketing strategies, and delivering measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media content creation, and campaign management, as well as a proven track record of executing outbound marketing initiatives that generate leads and engage customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Manage paid search campaigns on Goggle Ads and HubSpot
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and keyword optimization.
• Track and analyze campaign ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Social Media Content Creation:
• Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms (Mainly LinkedIn and Facebook).
• Develop and execute a social media calendar to align with marketing goals and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for maximum reach and interaction.
• Outbound Marketing:
• Develop and implement outbound B2B email campaigns and marketing strategies that nurture ongoing leads.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify target audiences and create tailored messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize lead generation.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and outbound campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Collaboration:
• Work cross-functionally with the sales and account management teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS software space.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
• Experience in marketing automation systems and CMS/Web platforms (HubSpot).
• Proven track record of managing successful outbound marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from marketing data.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
• Familiarity with design tools - Canva and Adobe Suite
