Job Description
• Supports multifamily capital markets groups based in Central Texas including investment sales conventional and land teams, debt and structured finance team, and national manufactured housing team
• Project management across multiple groups, including marketing, analysts, and brokers to ensure project deadlines are met
• Designs, prepares, and writes content for pitches, presentations, and property marketing collateral
• Follows Newmark branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Performs up-to-date market research for Central Texas region
• Contributes to the research, writing, and production of comprehensive multifamily market research reports for Austin and San Antonio
• Creates and manages listing websites, marketing campaigns, and sold announcements
• Stays in front of design and marketing trends to help generate brand awareness and ahead of competitors
• Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours for listings
• Support the Brokerage team to schedule property tours with the onsite staff and clients
• Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed
• Reports to Regional Director of Marketing
• Other administrative duties as needed

• Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
