Position Overview:
The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning. This role requires strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing channels, buyer behavior, and product positioning in a competitive environment. This role will play a critical role in growing brand awareness, driving sales through channel partners, and optimizing the go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Help plan and execute trade show participation and customer-facing events to promote products and foster relationships.
β’ Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, target segments, and market trends.
β’ Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.
β’ Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and trade channels.
β’ Oversee email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content strategies to support lead generation and retention.
β’ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
β’ Partner with sales teams to develop tools and materials that support lead nurturing and sales conversion.
β’ Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and sales impact.
β’ Manage digital presence including website performance, social media, PPC, and marketing automation platforms.
β’ Implement tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure KPIs.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
β’ 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, preferably within wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
β’ Strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer personas, and channel marketing.
β’ Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite
β’ Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
β’ Proven track record in campaign execution with measurable business outcomes.
β’ Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
β’ Must be available to travel 15-20% of the time for events
Preferred Skills:
β’ Familiarity with product information management (PIM) tools.
β’ Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or digital product catalogs.
β’ Graphic design experience is a plus.
β’ Videography and video content editing is a plus.
