We’re seeking a highly strategic and creative individual who can:

• Collaborate with global senior teams, distill complex data, and inspire impactful brand solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Apply critical thinking and solid marketing theory to create strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
• Support clients in achieving their strategic brand and marketing goals to help them “own their space.”
• Serve as a gatekeeper for strategic quality throughout the project and account lifecycle.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover meaningful brand positioning opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and business challenges to produce evidence-based insights.
• Lead and facilitate brand strategy sessions with client leadership teams.
• Present strategy recommendations clearly and confidently, internally and externally.
• Uphold and advocate for the agency’s values, people, and commercial priorities.
In collaboration with Strategy and Creative teams:
• Develop and present original insights that define the client's brand or business.
• Craft brand positioning, architecture, and differentiation strategies.
• Write compelling brand narratives.
• Create brand guidelines and go-to-market activation plans that define the brand’s voice across digital and traditional platforms.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to develop branding and marketing strategies for B2B organizations.
• Strong presentation and executive facilitation skills—both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data collection, interpretation, and storytelling.
• Creative flair for writing insightful briefs that lead to compelling creative outcomes.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
• Ability to represent the agency brand and values with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to predictable delivery timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
