At La Mesa RV, we’re looking for a Marketing Technologist to own our marketing stack, manage our website, implement integrations, and design high-converting landing pages and funnels using low-code platforms — with the ability to extend functionality through front-end and back-end development when required. From AI tools to automation platforms, you’ll be at the center of transforming marketing into a scalable, sales-focused growth engine. What You’ll Do • Own and optimize the MarTech stack (website, analytics, integrations, automation platforms). • Build and optimize landing pages and sales funnels using low-code platforms such as Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot, ClickFunnels. • Apply front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (APIs, SQL, Python/JavaScript scripting) skills when customizations or integrations are needed. • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and funnels to maximize lead capture and increase sales conversions. • Design and implement end-to-end automations across marketing channels using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make. • Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools for personalization, lead scoring, chatbots, and workflow optimization. • Configure and manage API integrations across platforms (CRM, analytics, website, ad platforms). • Use Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, and Looker to track outcomes and inform optimization. • Manage vendors and contractors for website projects, advanced integrations, or scaling campaign execution. • Collaborate with IT/Development on system-level enhancements. LMRV has grown over the years to become one of the largest multi-location RV dealerships in the world and is recognized as a leader in the industry.30/60/90-Day Success Plan First 30 Days: Learn & Audit • Audit website, landing pages, funnels, and automations for conversion gaps. • Map current workflows and vendor contracts. • Build relationships with Marketing, IT, and external partners. • Explore AI and automation tools with high sales potential. Next 60 Days: Deliver Early Wins • Launch at least one new landing page or funnel using low-code platforms. • Deploy an automation that reduces manual work and improves lead-to-sales flow. • Launch A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversions. • Recommend one AI-driven tool for implementation. By 90 Days: Optimize & Scale • Deliver a MarTech automation roadmap focused on profitable scaling. • Demonstrate measurable improvements in sales conversion metrics. • Establish a contractor/vendor playbook to scale execution on demand. • Position yourself as the go-to expert for automation, funnels, and sales-focused innovation.What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in MarTech, automation, and integrations. • Proven experience creating landing pages and funnels using Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of conversion optimization, testing, and funnel best practices. • Hands-on front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end knowledge (APIs, SQL, Python/JavaScript). • Proficiency with automation/integration tools: Zapier, n8n, Make, or MuleSoft. • Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, Power BI. • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (personalization engines, predictive analytics, chatbots, etc.). • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and contractors. • A strategic, can-do mindset, with the ability to scale quickly and profitably.
