Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operation Coordinator to join our team at WeBox. The Marketplace Operation Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our marketplace products, managing partner relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of product listings on the WeBox marketplace, ensuring menu accuracy and alignment with branding standards.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure that all product pictures meet quality requirements and align with WeBox's visual guidelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for partners on platform usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with the technology team to identify and address any technical issues related to product listings or partner integration.
• Conduct regular audits of the platform to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to optimize partner engagement and sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform platform enhancements and strategy.
• Uphold WeBox's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction in all interactions with partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online platforms and tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Knowledge of food industry trends and regulations is a plus.
• Experience working with CRM systems or customer support software is preferred.
