Marketplace Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Marketplace Systems Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:
The Marketplace Systems team supports many areas of the business and is responsible for administering several systems and their data integrity. Our workload is a mix of daily operational support and special projects, all with the goal of helping our clients succeed by providing them with on-going reports and understanding of their data to inform business decisions. We are a local team, currently working remotely, with members in Denver and Boulder.
As the Marketplace Systems Analyst, you will be working daily with many teams, both internal and external, to support the back-end systems and processes that are the foundation of our eCommerce platform (SalesForce Commerce Cloud), our current OMS solution (NetSuite plus home-grown fulfillment system) and the integrations to and from. This role will have a high level of exposure across the business focusing on both current issues that arise as well as forward-looking projects/process enhancements.
What you will contribute:

• Monitor and troubleshoot Ecommerce backend functionality issues as needed.
• Oversee the operational integrations from our order management system to our 3PLs
• Maintaining system and process documentation for all site features and functions
• Identify opportunities for system/process/reporting improvements.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required
• Solid understanding of business processes and data flows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for finding technical solutions

What you bring to Uplight:

• 1-2 years in analyst role or similar
• Foundational financial and eCommerce knowledge
• Ability to understand complex system schemas
• Comfortability in cross-functional collaboration
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required
• Solid understanding of business processes and data flows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points:

• NetSuite, Celigo, and SalesForce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus
• Experience querying structured databases using PostgreSQL
• Our perfect candidate has experience in eCommerce technical operations, system architecture, business processes, and has a strong understanding of the financial impact of all things

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 USD
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
