About Us We are a fast-growing high-end cabinetry company based in San Antonio, specializing in luxury residential and commercial millwork. Our projects feature artisan-finished pieces and precision-crafted inset cabinetry that set the standard in the market. As we expand, we are looking for aCabinet Makerwith proven experience who is passionate about woodworking and ready to contribute to a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and excellence. Position Summary We are seeking a skilledCabinet Makerwith a strong background in woodworking and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and finishing custom cabinetry, dovetail drawers, and inset cabinet doors. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read shop drawings, and a passion for producing high-end woodwork. Responsibilities • Build custom cabinets from start to finish using traditional and modern methods • Fabricate and assemble dovetail drawers and inset doors with precision • Apply stains, paints, and topcoats to achieve luxury finishes • Construct, assemble, and install cabinets according to shop drawings and specifications • Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (table saws, routers, jointers, sanders, etc.) • Perform frame carpentry, tile laying, plumbing-related tasks, and flooring installation as part of cabinetry projects • Assist with water damage restoration and mold remediation if needed • Conduct quality checks throughout the production and finishing process • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace • Collaborate with designers, installers, and clients to ensure project success • Provide general maintenance support on job sites when necessary Qualifications • 10+ years of experiencein high-end cabinet making or custom millwork preferred • Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, and cabinetry • Expertise in dovetail joinery, inset cabinetry, and wood finishing • Ability to read shop drawings, CAD files, and blueprints • Skilled in working with hardwoods, plywood, MDF, and veneer • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship • Familiarity with safety practices on construction sites • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay based on experience and productivity • Bonus opportunities based on performance • Modern, well-equipped shop environment • Opportunities to work on signature homes and custom projects across Texas • A respectful, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace Join our team and bring your woodworking skills to life in projects that make a lasting impression.
