For our Master Data department, we are looking for a*n Master Data Specialist to support our team as soon as possible in the Essity Way of Winning (EWoW) project. The position is limited for 2 years. 

Your Role 

• Understanding and analyzing relevant master data within the supply chain in various IT systems 

• Analyzing causes and recommending improvements to ensure data quality

• Checking data, recognizing opportunities for improvement in data maintenance and ensuring master data maintenance by the relevant functional stakeholders

• Collaborating on projects and initiatives in connection with relevant master data

• Checking and answering questions on data quality - Creating ad hoc reports

• Creating and teaching work instructions for the relevant master data processes

• Understanding of end-to-end master data processes and knowledge of the development and implementation of master data management solutions 

• Knowledge of Excel, SAP knowledge is an advantage 

• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German at a comprehensible level 

• Ability to work with complex contexts
