What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay: $32–$34 per hour • Comprehensive benefits package • Company-provided vehicle for travel to customer homes • Uniforms provided • Hands-on field training • A positive and growth-focused company culture Essential Responsibilities: • Assemble, install, and test electrical components • Maintain and service installed Sunshine Foundation Repair systems • Conduct inspections and address any equipment issues • Follow all state and local electrical regulations • Perform proactive and reactive services, including annual maintenance • Recommend and install system upgrades to benefit customers • Resolve customer concerns with long-term solutions Qualifications: • Valid Florida Master Electrician’s License (required) • Knowledge of electrical systems and installations (required) • Experience in waterproofing, construction, or home improvement (preferred) • Inspection or repair experience (preferred) • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and maneuver in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces) At Sunshine Foundation Repair, we specialize in creating safe, healthy, and functional spaces for our customers.
