Master Plumber

We are seeking Master Plumbers for a project in Brookshire, TX!!! • Pay:$40-$42/ hr • Per Diem:$90/day for travelers • Duration: 6 mo • Schedule:Monday - Saturday • Scope of Work: All aspects and phases of commercial plumbing (above-ground rough-in to finish) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing, construction, and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement. • Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Perform construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments. • Execute pipe threading and welding as needed for installations or repairs. • Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure project completion. • Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or routine maintenance. • Engage in heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong mechanical knowledge base. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and performing basic math calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. • Skills in carpentry, remodeling, assembly, and maintenance are beneficial. • Must be able to lift heavy materials as part of daily responsibilities. • Valid commercial driving license may be required depending on job assignments. • Maintenance Person experience is a plus for versatility in job duties.
