Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Guide and supervise other technicians and staff
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
• Communicate with internal team regarding necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions
• Liaison with clients, vendors, and other plumbers
• Diagnosing and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in accordance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Source or fabricate replacement plumbing components
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services
• Draw up preventative maintenance measures and estimates and explain these to clients and other plumbers
• Interpret blueprints and draw rough sketches when required
• Operate and maintain company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Obtain required permits, equipment, tools, and materials for projects
• Assist with emergency work orders as required
Job Qualifications:
• Active Master Plumber license in the state of California
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team orientated with ability to work independently
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
• Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
