Master Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The Plumber will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to local codes and regulations. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. • Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure proper installation of plumbing components. • Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations in plumbing tasks. • Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, providing accurate material and labor costs. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites. Requirements • Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC, and related components. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites. • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with plumbing work.
