Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Operators will be required to perform multiple direct labor and indirect labor jobs daily. This position requires extreme attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. Employees will be responsible for producing high quality parts for the next internal customer in the chain. Operator will be required to work Nema, Titan Mush, and Titan Form wound when needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform multiple direct labor jobs to help the department with on time delivery.
• Comply with company quality and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be willing and able to drive a standup forklift.
• Perform the Cryogenic Processes
• Perform the Submerged Water Tests and Spray Tests
• Perform the Corona Motor Testing and Other Process

COMPETENCIES: TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum

• Work safely utilizing proper PPE.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated
• 1 year in the Winding Department.

Preferred

• Ability to work independently.
• Dependability.
• Familiar with the Nema and Titan Production
• Flow-line Experience
• Familiar with the Cryogenic Processes
• Familiar with the Submerged Water Tests and Spray Tests
• Familiar with the Corona Motor Specs
• Familiar With Titan Form Connect and Insert Process

• Able to wind, perform, insert, test, repair, and connect jobs.
• Operators will also be required to perform VPI or Dip and Bake as needed.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Be willing and able to drive a standup forklift.
• Familiar with the Cryogenic Processes
• Familiar with the Submerged Water Tests and Spray Tests
• Familiar with the Corona Motor Specs
• Familiar With Titan Form Connect and Insert Process

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year in the Winding Department
• Be willing and able to drive a standup forklift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous employment in manufacturing
• 3 years winding department experience.
• Ability to manage time while multitasking.
• Ability to work in a Team oriented setting.
• Good Communication skills – Verbal & Written
• Leadership Experience
• Ability to work independently.
• Dependability.
• Familiar With Titan Form Connect and Insert Process
• Familiar with the Cryogenic Processes
• Familiar with the Submerged Water Tests and Spray Tests
• Familiar with the Corona Motor Specs
• Familiar with the API Spec
