Master@IBM Cloud and Business Automation (f/m/x)

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Student to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in cloud technologies and business automation while assisting our pre-sales efforts. As a Pre-Sales Student Intern you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to support the pre-sales process including solution demonstrations technical presentations and customer engagements.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct research on industry trends competitors and market opportunities.
• Prepare documentation presentations and other materials to support the sales process.
• Participate in customer meetings and workshops to gather requirements and address inquiries.
• Support the development of proof-of-concept projects to showcase our solutions’ capabilities.

Reference Salary: EUR 2.39200– brutto on a full-time basis.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluent German language skills
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program preferably in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in cloud technologies business automation and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
• Previous experience in pre-sales customer service or technical support is a plus.
  Familiarity with cloud platforms and Business Automation tools (Robotics Process Automation Process Mining etc…) is advantageous.
