Matchday Merchandise Sales Associate

Role: Merchandise Sales Associate Department:Merchandise Position Type:Part-Time, Event-Day Only, Hourly Rate Job Summary: Sporting Jax is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Game-Day Merchandise Sales Team as aMerchandise Sales Associate. This role is critical in providing a high-quality customer service experience for all guests at Sporting Jax events held at Hodges Stadium. Job Duties: • Sell Official Team Merchandise at one of three locations in Hodges Stadium • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. • Maintain inventory organization as well as maintaining product density on sales floor • Must be able to communicate clearly, persuasively, and positively in a fast-paced environment and remain professional with all guests of Sporting Jax and Hodges Stadium. Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven organization skills and attention to detail. • Basic computer skills. • Strong customer service skills are preferred. • Must possess a willingness to learn. • Be friendly and charismatic, we’re in sports and we want to enjoy what we do! • Please note:This is apart-time,event-day-only, with required attendance for each scheduled event. Location: Hodges Stadium. Full Training will be provided.
