Material Controller

The Material Controller manage raw material inventory and follow supplier orders.

This Position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Your Role:

• Analyze weekly MRP results in order to achieve an appropriate level of forecast accuracy.
• Ensure that all MRP exception messages are reviewed and executed on time.
• Release weekly orders through EDI to suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers and forwarders for order confirmation and exact pick-up and or shipping dates.
• Follow up of receipts discrepancy with warehouse and suppliers and/or forwarders.
• Daily check of raw material coverage in order to prevent production and/or customer stoppage.
• Ensure that inventory level value and day on hand are compliant to forecast.
• Follow supplier delivery performance and ASN compliance.
• Manage raw material engineering changes

Your Background:

• Master Degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management.

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a material and production planning.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent SAP & Process Knowledge.

• Excellent level in Excel , knowledge of PowerBI or Qliksense is preferable.

• Good experience in SAP is a must

• Self-organized, structured/methodical, takes initiative.

• Strong customer focus.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
