Job Description Summary

Coordinate with Sourcing and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and control schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work.

Phối hợp với bộ phận sourcing và xúc tiến dòng vật tư (từ nhà cung cấp hoặc từ các bộ phận nội bộ như Finning, HLM, Harp) theo kế hoạch sản xuất. Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát nhu cầu vật liệu/ sản xuất. Có trách nhiệm với công việc của mình.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities/Chi tiết công việc

• Issuing and managing production order on PMx system based on manufacturing schedule / Quản lý và phát hành lệnh sản xuất dựa vào kế hoạch sản xuất trên hệ thống Powermax.
• Managing material planning, prepare, update material delivery schedules and status for project material. Optimize and manage inventory. / Quản lý kế hoạch vật liệu, chuẩn bị, cập nhật kế hoạch nhận và tình trạng nhận vật tư dự án. Tối ưu hoá và quản lý tồn kho.
• Issuing purchase requisition for project consumable (such as finning consumable, hydrotest, PWHT), outsourced items/ services on Powermax system. / Phát hành yêu cầu mua hàng cho các hàng tiêu hao của dự án (như hàng dùng cho máy chạy finning, thử áp, xử lý nhiệt), và các hạng mục gia công bên ngoài trên hệ thống quản lý Powermax.
• Making production norm for each parts. / Lập định mức sản xuất cho từng chuyền sản xuất theo dự án.
• Managing outsourced manpower for project execution (make MPS, issue purchase requisition, request manpower, arrange test, control time attendant and payment) / Quản lý nhân lực nhà thầu thuê dạng nhân công phục vụ cho dự án.
• Addional job as leader's assignment/ Thực hiện các công việc khác được cấp trên giao

• Previous material planning and controlling experience is high advantageous/ có kinh nghiệm trong lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát vật tư có lợi thế cao.
• Strong communication skill/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
• Medium level of English skill. / Kỹ năng tiếng Anh khá.
• High responsibility / Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Bachelor's degree/ Tốt nghiệp đại học
