Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday Clinic Coverage on site: 8 Hours

• Epic and Viewpoint used

• Consults and US reads

Qualifications

• Board Certified

• Active WA license or eligible for a WA license

• Ability to offer ongoing availability

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience

Benefits and Compensation

• Pay Range (Hourly Pay): $2500/per clinic day

• Health Insurance: Pediatrix does not offer health insurance for team members in a Per Diem role

• Per Diem: Defined as team members who are scheduled as needed and not on a consistent basis

• Other Benefits: Sick Pay Bank; Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

• Retirement Benefits: Pediatrix does not offer retirement benefits for team members in a Per Diem role

• Paid Time Off: Pediatrix does not offer paid time off for team members in a Per Diem role

• Paid Sick Leave:

  • Provided to team members in Washington under Initiative 1433

  • Team members who do not accrue PTO are eligible to receive Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave “PSSL” time in a lump sum

  • Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked

  • Accrual begins upon hire; usage starts on the 90th day of employment

  • No annual cap on accrual; up to 108 hours of unused paid sick leave may carry over to the following year

  • Note: The company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment
