We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. • Mazak Lathe/Mill Programmer - Operator - Shift Lead Full Time Direct Hire Opportunity Wage varies based on experience: Experienced Mazak Lathe Programmer and Operator • Management experience • Mazak Mazatrol • GibbsCam or similar 5-Axis programming experience • Mazak Power Master Lathe Operator • Mazak Integrex Operator • Mazak M5 Lathe Operator • Mazak QT350 Lathe Operator • Mazak 4 Axis Mill Full Time Direct Hire Opportunity Wage varies based on experience: Essential Responsibilities: · Provide programming support for a full range of Mazak lathes and mills. · Lead a team of machinists to accomplish daily goals, and meet demand quotas. · Sets-up and operate machines and machining centers for fabrication of downhole drilling components · Reads and interprets safety rules, drawings, procedure manuals and operating instructions. · Sample parts to determine dimension and tolerances of finish work pieces. · Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance · Machining, and adjusts machine controls as required. · Must be able to select, align, and use cutting tools, attachments, large boring bars and materials on machines. · Must demonstrate an intermediate skill level of indicating part, turning OD, boring ID, grooving and threading. Qualifications/Requirements: · High school Diploma or GED · High level of Mazak programing knowledge · Must have current experience with specific machines. · Experience in machining oilfield products.
