I. Job description

1.Production and Maintenance
Implement MC management, timely and closely complete the production plans and tasks arranged by NPI/PMC and related dept. Responsible for setting MC management objectives, organizing and coordinating internal and external resources of the department to achieve the annual target. Reviewed and analyzed related production record data, proposed specific improvement measures and optimized management procedures.

2.Engineering and Technology
Responsible for putting forward improvement plans for MC person, equipment and processing technology, and controlling the implementation process to ensure that the development needs of the company's new products and technologies are met;

3. Quality
Carry out the new quality requirements and works out the countermeasures for defectives reduction and quality cost impaction of MC. Optimized department management and product WI documents, implemented the requirements of the company's relevant quality and environmental management system, achieve the annual quality KPI target.

4. Supply Chain Management
Supervised the process of material entry and exit, supported the quality improvement of the company's metal parts suppliers and surface treatment suppliers, and further reduced the MC quality cost;

5.Budget
Participates and propose the expense budget and investment plan, effectively controlled MC expense and reduced operation cost;

6. Supervision
 Optimized the organizational structure of the department, built the personnel development echelon of the MC, optimized the skill assessment procedure, and promoted the working ability and teamwork .Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within the responsible area.Supervise and implement equipment maintenance and maintenance requirements, prevent managers' operational errors, and ensure that equipment processing accuracy meets product processing requirements; especially performance appraisal and goal setting agreement,

7.IMSU/EHS

Organize the investigation of workplaces and operation processes, eliminate safety risks, reduce occupational injuries, and ensure that production safety, occupational health and environmental protection to meet the requirements of laws and regulations;

8.Lean Manufacturing

Organized and implemented lean production improvement activities of the department, optimized the overall layout of the workshop and product process routes, reduced production waste, and improved work quality and efficiency. Supports the implementation of company’s programmes like LEAN, ISO, MOVE and Ergonomics.

9. Performs other duties as assigned.

II. Requirements

1. Formal Education and Training

Junior College plus, major in Mechanical Engineering or Digital controlled profession

2. Occupational Experience:

- At least 8 years+ CNC，NC and surface treatment for metal parts working experience, minimum 3 years managerial experience as the supervisor or same position. Machine center whole working process flow and quality management experience(contain surface treatment experience)； Machine center ’s machines (Turning/Milling machine) management experience；

- Excellent drawing and mechanical programming ability. Such as Solidworks/CAD/UG are necessary. And proficient in office software Excel, Word, Power Point.

- Familiar with lean production management requirements and experienced in QCDS management improvement projects on production site

- Good knowledge for the ISO14001&9001 requirements etc.

- Good leadership / communication and coordination skills,

- Good at Chinese & English or Japanese & English communication.

- Optional: extensive Lean knowledge which includes 5S methods, value stream analysis, TPM, etc. In addition: basics in EHS ; Own Aluminum metal parts design experience in priority；
