Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

• Be a t rusted partner for all Tech & Analytic Platform to provide High Quality MD

• To d evelop and apply governance to ensure MD have closed-loop process before maintained in the central system

• To streamline all the MD variance across Function and have the initiative to suggest and identify the alignment

• Accountable with all MD attributes (Global & Local), able to identify Attribute Owner by Function

• Engage with Market Product Lead & Stakeholders , MD Global SME, MD CG Partner and MD Tech Support

• Responsive and proactive to resolve the issue, bridging the communication across Team/Platform and own the problem until it resolves

• Analyze the impact on Master Data Attribute to the overall process

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Should have e xperience in Process and/or Analytic Product s

• Can leverage 3 rd Party Library like Platform Knowledge Management, Google or CoPilot

• Critical and Design Thinking that deliver solution based on user-centric

• Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company would be an advantage

Skill

• Digital Acumen, Change Management, Stakeholder Management

• Supply Chain Business Process and FMCG Knowledge

• Good at Communication and able to articulate problem into Layman 's term

• Leadership skill & Team Player as well as Individual Contributor

• Technical Analytic (Power BI, Python, SQL) is an advantage
