Your Role and Responsibilities
As an MDM AE Data Engineer you would be responsible for ..

• Define the MDM solution approach and style ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Gather and document Functional and Non-Functional Requirements to guide the MDM solution architecture.
• Participate in MDM tool selection activities analyze available internal and external options and provide recommendations on Build vs. Buy approach.
• Implement MDM Solution:
  • Lay down the path of Installation & Upgrade.
  • Create Data Mapping and assess impacts from business and technical perspectives.
  • Develop macro and micro-Design deliverables.
  • Analyze and define detailed MDM processes tasks data flows and dependencies.
  • Design overall HA Infrastructure and support the build of the environments.
  • Define and build MDM as a service in a micro-service pub/sub environment.
  • Define & build Matching Engine tuning and development practices.
  • Hand-on Experience of MDM implementation
• Enforce Integrity through Data Governance and Data Quality:
• Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure that MDM solutions adhere to established data governance policies standards and procedures.
  • Design and implement data quality checks and validation rules within the MDM solution to maintain high-quality Master Data.
  • Develop strategies for data cleansing and enrichment to improve the accuracy and completeness of Master Data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of direct experience in MDM analysis design development support and operations with at least two leading MDM tool suites
• 2+ years of MDM development administration and integrations experience.
• 2+ years of technical knowledge on Data Architecture and Data Integration
• 2-3 years of Java J2EE development & Python coding.
• At least 2 years of working experience in SOA technologies tools and governance.
• Strong technical background in Master & Reference Data Management.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of best practices for building core MDM capabilities including Workflow Matching Hierarchy Management and Security.
• Full life cycle implementation experience in MDM Solution in various domains such as Customer Party and Product including additions extension business rule PME tuning.
• Experience with related Data Governance concepts and solutions (Business Glossaries Data Catalog Data Quality analysis and remediation Data Lineage).
• Familiar with MDM trends concepts and available tools in the market including MDM solutions AI/ML with MDM.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in managing Data Supply Chain and Data Lifecycle.
• Hands-on expert in data analysis within and outside data warehouse data consolidation and data management/governance.
• Able to lead a team and review designs independently lead code reviews and ensure quality throughout the project’s life.
• Demonstrates strong communication analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day interactions effectively and relationships with a diverse group of colleagues.
• Experience resolving technical incidents and issues with the MDM product.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experienced in installation and Upgrades.
• Experienced in MDM Backup & recovery strategy.
• Experienced in Performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Containers and Container Management Systems like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of BAW and stewardship UI.
• Knowledge of Consent implementation
• Knowledge of Account Macro role & Party Relationship is required.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good to have Knowledge: IBM Infosphere Master Data Management(CE) IBM RSA tool Kafka Apache Spark Apache Flink Spring boot OpenShift GitHub JIRA
• Experience with messaging software preferred.
