Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for directing the sales activities in responsible region. Has superior knowledge of the organization, the business and sales strategies. Develop the sales strategy and staffing model within the region. Maintain some key client relationships and handle the dealer management as well.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the regional sales force to complete target in S1 region.
2. Identify new leads, develop strategic and total solution/program to maximize market share
3. Provide input in the development of the sales strategy and staffing mode.
4. Supervises sales representatives in the responsible region.

5. Coach sales employees.
6. Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES

4. Good computer skill (word, excel, powerpoint)
DESIRABLE
1. 5 years experience in sale management
2. Bachelor and above education background
