Job Description

The Measurements Performance Live Engineer is responsible for delivering high quality products and services from a Performance Live Center. They supervise wellsite crews and provide direction as needed to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD processes to our customers. They have comprehensive oversight of risk management and ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Execute service delivery to the customer.
  • Obtains the Customer acceptance of the job deliverables.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  • Ensures all WCM and WCD reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately (FTL, fdp or field capture system) and on a timely basis.
  • Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Maintain the required safety training.
  • Provide support to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers
  • Directly supervise and provide support, training, and instructions to Wellsite Operators (WSO) to ensure consistent Service Quality. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Engineering Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MWD Field Services.
  • Must be available to work 12-hour shifts on a rotation of 14 Days On and 7 Days Off. Alternating shifts between days and nights.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
