Job Summary
Juice Media is seeking an entrepreneurial, strong strategic thinker to join our Media Operations team as a coordinator. You will provide support to the Operations and Finance teams and report to the Director of Media Operations. This is an administrative position where the candidate will be responsible for the maintenance associated with media purchases across multiple channels (TV, radio, digital, out of home & print), outlets and accounts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers to resolve media discrepancies.
- Coordinate with third party to ensure accurate ingestion of affidavits into the media system.
- Code and verify affidavits against systems.
- Work with vendors to gather affidavits not received in normal course.
- Record and monitor credit adjustments.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
- Assist in vendor management, including new vendor setup and vendor qualification process.
- Clear communication with internal departments.
- Issue updated internal Status Reports.
- Assist with administrative Ops tasks relating to outside vendors, traffic, and buying systems.
- Alert supervisor to any workflow issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate track of workload.
- Learn about Optimum Media/Juice Media processes, systems, internal tools and policies.
- Support the Finance team and fulfill ad hoc requests for invoices, mostly in support of audits as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work or internship experience, preferably with 1-2 years of Media Agency experience
- A problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions
- Able to learn and use new systems and tools quickly
- Able to communicate effectively and interact professionally throughout all departments within the organization
- Excellent follow through skills and time management skills
- Proven ability to increase efficiencies and implementing / improving processes
- Strong collaborative skills, positive attitude, high energy, results orientation
- Must be organized, detail oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). Media buying platforms (MediaOcean, CORE, Strata and others) a plus

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $42,000.00 - $69,000.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
