ABOUT THE ROLE
“If you love media so much, why don’t you marry it?”
You’ve heard that before. So. Many. Times. Well there’s good news for you: in this role, you can finally recite nuptials to media. Wait, how is that possible you ask? It’s actually quite easy (but not exactly legal yet) for you to put a ring on it. We’re looking for you to support the planning and execution of our paid media campaigns and if you say “I do” then you’ll be coupled up with your true forever-ever.Â
You love checking boxes and bringing order to chaos. Diving into data and finding actionable insights may seem like a drag to most, but to you it is NIRVANA (the feeling, not the band. Well, actually, the band too, if you are into them). You are an expert on media publishers and platforms, enjoy working on multiple projects with multiple people, and thrive in a creative and autonomous environment. Sounds like you? Glorious! This role will be tasked with planning and executing all paid media marketing initiatives for the brand, with a focus on performance and conversion media. You’ll get to work with the best, brightest, and bizarrest minds in marketing to help elevate performance and brand awareness across all media.Â

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with internal and external teams to bring world-class marketing practices and first-to-market concepts to life
- Help to establish and monitor key performance indicators for paid media to track success of campaigns
- Analyze media data to make informed planning decisions and key recommendations around optimization
- Manage communication and strategic conversations with all external agencies/partners/vendors
- Assist the Media Supervisor with weekly management of media budget and billing process to ensure all dollars are tracked accurately
- Ensure goodr brand messaging and effective marketing practices are being used
- Contribute to overall strategy to drive new customer acquisition and increase brand awareness
- Ensure all creative needs and deadlines are being communicated to internal and external partners
- Build & maintain internal media calendar to track all initiatives
- Maintain reporting dashboards of performance for key online and offline channels
- Ensure that goodr vibes are consistent
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATEÂ
- May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)
- 4+ years of working experience in performance media strategy, planning and/or buying
- Strong knowledge in ads manager platforms, such as Meta, Google, Snap and/or TikTok Ads
- Experience with programmatic media buying is a plus
- Experience at a multi-channel consumer packaged goods retailer and/or driving online-to-offline programs a strong plus
- Agency experience is a BIG plus!
