This role is part of our Media Strategy team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communication that drives performance, boosts brand awareness, and shifts market share for our clients such as eBay, Salamander, Bosch, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to truly deliver state of the art solutions to make our clients grow and challenge the traditional agency landscape.

JOB PURPOSE

As Media Strategy Lead, you are in close contact with our clients and listen carefully to their digital marketing challenges, learn all about their organization and business and translate this into business opportunities matching our services.

The Media Strategy Lead will work closely with tech, creative, media and analytics to ensure we are delivering market-leading strategic approaches to our clients. You will also help us win new clients by participating and/or leading in new business pitches; locally and globally. 

Team management is also a key element in this role, the Strategy Lead will guide, develop and grow other strategists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create influential and powerful strategies for our clients, ensuring that we continue to be push them to be the most advanced, efficient and effective brands in the fields they operate within
• Lead a team of fellow strategists, resulting in quality output of strategic planning across the business
• Translate insights derived from data into a clear story to convince the client
• Implement strategies together with specialists for clients
• Work closely together with our specialists (like SEA, SEO, CRM, Data and Social Advertising Consultants)
• Be the driving force of projects, starting and finishing them
• Drive our internal knowledge and be on the forefront of creating new propositions and best practices

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent in German and English
• Are a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist and have gained extensive experience, preferably at an agency
• Have broader digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEA, Social, Display, Content Marketing, Data etc.)
• Already have experience with coaching senior people as a Team Lead
• Can help our clients to go from business strategy to marketing strategy and implement this by giving advice, creating roadmaps and propose concepts
• Are pro-active, energetic, curious and inspiring
• Are a driver of innovation
• Are a networker and because of this you are able to bring together our different disciplines and specialists
• Can explain complex data and information in an easy and understandable manner to Internal & external stakeholders
