U.S. Got People (USGP) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to become part of our dynamic team of Medical Appointment Clerks at Camp Lejeune Medical Center.

• Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Post-Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Who We’re Looking For

We’re in search of a courteous and professional team player with:

• At least 6 months of office experience (medical office preferred)
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Familiarity with tasks such as scheduling, filing, call handling, and message taking

Immunization Requirements (Must be current or able to obtain):

• Hepatitis B (series and titer)
• Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• Varicella (Chickenpox)
• TB (Tuberculosis) test
• Seasonal Influenza (flu) vaccine
• COVID-19 vaccine (if applicable)

• Register approximately 10,500 new beneficiaries monthly into the MHS system
• Schedule appointments for patients and providers – approximately 12,500 per month
• Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling – approximately 10,000 monthly
• Submit around 9,000 telephone consults (t-cons) monthly via secure messaging for provider/nurse follow-up
• Route calls and messages to appropriate departments as needed, following MTF policies
