Join a mission-aligned healthcare team to improve adult and senior pt. experience and outcomes. Following the PACE model, lead a team to provide seamless primary care and customized services in Los Angeles.

The Opportunity:

•  Lead a team of 5 providers and work on a leadership team with the Regional Medical Director, Clinic Manager and Nursing Services Manager
•  While building the team, this role includes clinical and leadership duties
•  Provide clinical/operations leadership, quality initiatives, care coordination, and mentorship
•  Employed position with full benefits, PTO, CME, retirement
•  Open to physicians trained in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Palliative Care/Hospice, or Family Practice
•  Previous clinical experience required, leadership experience a plus
•  CA license preferred
