• Understand our Medical Education and business strategy.
• Support development of educational content utilizing HCP input.
• Support Medical Education Program development.
• Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/Product/Marketing/Sales training.
• Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery.
• Organize in-class and virtual courses.
• Identify what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method.
• Provide input to future plans.
• Understand KOLs profile and starts networking.
• Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams.
• Gain expertise in Medical Education programs and adapt programs with customer's needs.
• Understand the different communication channel strategies.
• Partnership with Marketing Communications to develop communication plans.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or Healthcare areas.
• Previous experience with Medical Education.
• Fluent English & Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of virtual tools for facilitating events.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
