Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworkingFacilities Custodianto join our facility operations team. The custodian plays a vital role in ensuring our medical offices remain clean, safe, and welcoming for patients, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities • Clean and disinfect exam rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces • Empty trash and dispose of medical and general waste properly • Replenish bathroom and cleaning supplies as needed • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, especially in clinical areas • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor Requirements • Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift • Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail • Willingness to follow cleaning protocols in a healthcare environment • Must have a valid driver's license, access to a car, and be willing to travel locally as needed • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Benefits • Pay:$19-$20 per hour(based on experience) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Life and disability insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays • Supportive, mission-driven work environment Apply Today Join our team at Doral Health & Wellness and help us provide a clean, safe, and welcoming space for our community.
